General Shipping Notice

Most of our garments are bespoke, which means they are offered as pre-order and assembled to order for our clientele. We do not accept returns on bespoke garments. All preorders ship within 5 business days of the ship date designated at the time of purchase. We do our best to produce garments to ship on the expected date however please note that shipping dates are not guaranteed. 

All in-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days. Due to demand, processing your order may be delayed due to unforeseen stock issues.  Should this occur, we will notify you of the delay via email and provide you the option of a refund to your method of payment or to maintain the order in backorder status with an estimated ship date.

US Shipping 

All US orders are shipped free by ground carrier. 

Most orders arrive within two to five business days however carriers sometimes encounter unforeseen delays.  We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays. 

International Shipping 


We offer international shipping through DHL.  All packages are insured.

A shipping fee specific to your shipping address will be applied at checkout. Please use the Shipping Calculator to select the optimal service for your needs.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow your package.  Any customs fees or duties relating to the shipment are the responsibility of the purchaser.  INTENT is not responsible for customs fees, duties or other taxes and fees. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

Due to issues at customs or other carrier issues, International shipments may be delayed beyond the estimated shipping transit time. If you are having issues with your order, please reach out to us at connect@intentstyle.com and we will do all we can to assist you. 

Please use the Shipping Calculator at Checkout to review shipping options and determine shipping fees. All packages are shipped insured.  Should a package arrive damaged, please take photos of the exterior shipping box, interior packaging and contents of the package highlighting any damages and email them, along with a note with your order number and a detailed information about the issue to connect@intentstyle.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number so we can process your request.
